New Software for eWarranty Claims

Effective June 22nd, 2026, Link-Belt Service will utilize a new file attachment process that limits file types when uploading documents for eWarranty. The new software will create a two-step validation process that verifies file contents match the extension. This provides improved security for www.linkbelt.com and will provide an opportunity for all attached documents to be virus scanned.

This new process will be included in Parts Toolbox and eWarranty claims and orders. The instructions for this new, updated process are included here: eWarranty User Guide.
