After years of honing his technical skills and developing an understanding of our products, he is eager to contribute to Link-Belt’s culture of continuous learning and improvement in his new role.

Glass started with Link-Belt in 2022 as a training instructor, completing his Link-Belt master technician training certification in May 2023. He graduated from the Nashville Auto-Diesel College, now the Lincoln College of Technology, and he worked as a field technician and service manager for a division of CAT from 2004 to 2022.

“Matt and Cody have invaluable experience working on the manufacturing side of building our products for so many years, and Brian has proven himself to be a great asset to the training department since starting as an instructor,” said Link-Belt Training Manager Chris Perry. “From a training standpoint, they understand the ins and outs to best prepare the technicians that come through our doors on how to service our product.”
