This class offers a more technical curriculum than the material covered in the Parts Introductory class. Parts personnel will gain the skills to become more knowledgeable of a customer’s needs, both externally and internally. This level of parts training includes preventative crane maintenance, as well as pro-active selling techniques.

Note: This class length is four and one-half (3 1/2) days with attendees arriving on Monday, class starting Tuesday, at 8:00 AM, and class ending Friday, at 12:00 noon. Please make travel arrangements to allow for full class participation in order to receive a certificate of completion.
