Thank you for upgrading your Link-Belt crane’s telematics hardware from 3G to 4G connectivity!

To register your NEW 4G telematics unit to iCraneTrax, you will first need the unique serial number (S/N) for the crane you are installing the new hardware on (e.g. P9K4-2368). (Note: This S/N is different from the S/N listed on your new telematics hardware.)
You will also need the 15-digit IMEI number located on the new hardware (see photo).
Once you have the crane’s unique S/N and the IMEI number, please contact A1A Software. You can email [email protected] or call (904) 430-0355 to connect the new hardware.
