Jacob Bandy promotion, Troy Krumm new role

Jacob Bandy received promotion to the role of Manager of Service Parts, effective Jan. 1, 2026. At that time, Troy Krumm transitioned to the role of Customer Support Advisor and Special Projects.

Jacob joined Link-Belt as Parts Marketing Supervisor in January 2020 and has supported and led multiple improvements in our service parts business since then. He holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
