PI-24-02: Change to Primetime Ordering Process

PRIMETIME ORDERS VIA QUOTE TOOL

Effective immediately, all Link-Belt Parts Primetime orders must be entered through the Parts Quote Tool
on Link-Belt Preferred.

The following steps must be followed to receive the appropriate discount:
1. Enter Primetime Order on Parts Quote Tool via Link-Belt Preferred
2. Primetime Orders must be Stock Priority and a minimum of ten unique part numbers
3. On quote, enter “Primetime Order” in ‘Notes’ field
a. This is what alerts your CSR that this order should be considered for Primetime discounts

Once the CSR enters the order, they will confirm with you what your discount percentage will be and your order number.
