This class offers a more technical curriculum than the material covered in the Parts Introductory class.  Parts personnel will gain the skills to become more knowledgeable of customer’s needs, both externally and internally.  This level of parts training includes preventative crane maintenance, as well as pro-active selling techniques.

Note: This class length is four and one-half (3 1/2) days with attendees arriving on Monday, class starting Tuesday, at 8:00 AM, and class ending Friday, at 12:00 noon.
