Telescopic Boom Crane – Parts Training

This class offers a more technical curriculum than the material covered in the Parts Introductory class.  Parts personnel will gain the skills to become more knowledgeable of customer’s needs, both externally and internally.  This level of parts training includes preventative crane maintenance, as well as pro-active selling techniques.

• Basic Telescopic Crane RCL Systems
• Basic Telescopic Boom Crane Operation/Maintenance
• Hands-on and Group Training
• Review of Link-Belt Systems
• Review of Parts Policy & Procedures
• Review of Part Numbers and Serial Numbers
• Review of Parts Marketing Programs
• Peer-to-Peer learning

Note: This class length is four and one-half (3 1/2) days with attendees arriving on Monday, class starting Tuesday, at 8:00 AM, and class ending Friday, at 12:00 noon. Please make travel arrangements to allow for full class participation in order to receive a certificate of completion. Please register in the Link-Belt system from the log-on page before requesting to enroll in classes.
