Lexington, KY (October 2005) – The highly successful, job-proven HTC-8650 Series II 50-ton (45.36 mt) telescopic truck crane has been upgraded to a 60-ton (45.36 mt) capacity and renamed the HTC-8660 Series II. An upgrade kit will be available for existing HTC-8650’s already in the field to further enhance the productivity of this highly regarded truck crane.

This latest upgrade culminates the continued improvements to this machine over the past year including a new operator's cab with curved front window glass for unprecedented visibility, Link-Belt’s exclusive CabWalk for easy access to the operator’s cab, and the new Caterpillar C-11 engine.
