Technical Product Support promotions

LEXINGTON, KY (November 2006) – Troy Krumm, Manager, Technical Product Support, has announced the promotion of two experienced technicians in the Technical Product Support Group.

Frank Snapp has been promoted to Senior Product Specialist for Lattice Cranes. Snapp joined Link-Belt in 1989, as the Crane Test Site coordinator. Over the last 17 years, Snapp has moved through various Manufacturing and Support departments, and has most recently focused on technical support for lattice cranes traveling to jobsites throughout the world.

Also announced at the same time, George Arvin has been named Product Support Specialist. Arvin joined Link-Belt in 1988, working in numerous departments before focusing on the lattice boom crane assembly line. Arvin joined the Product Support group in 2000 and after a period of jobsite cross training assignments is now focused on Lattice Boom Cranes.
