Link-NetPro now available to crane owners

LAS VEGAS (March 2002) — Link-Belt announces that its data center internet site, Link-NetPro, is now available for crane owner access.

Link-NetPro is Link-Belt’s online customer support site for crane information on all models including sales, service and parts technical information. It is accessed from Link-Belt’s home page (www.linkbelt.com) and is virtually everything you need to know about buying a new Link-Belt crane or supporting the one you own.

Link-NetPro is basically two sites in one. For sales information it requires submission of a short on-line registration for access to crane literature for all current production machines that includes brochures, specifications and lift capacities. Available in the near future will be archival sales materials for all models.

For complete parts, service and operator manuals for Link-Belt cranes dating back to 1950, visitors to the product support site will be required to supply a validated Link-Belt model and serial number. Access, after registration for the product support site, would be granted with a user name and password.

“This site gives Link-Belt crane owners worldwide 24-7 access to the most current and reliable information in the crane industry today,” said Link-Belt Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support John Claflin. “This use of today’s technology is a further commitment of Link-Belt to become the leader in customer service and satisfaction.”
