Sally Soper named supervisor, service parts

Lexington, KY (May, 2010) Sally Soper has been promoted to supervisor, service parts effective immediately. She will manage Link-Belt’s parts customer service representatives and technical specialists. Vi Brine, manager, service parts, made the announcement at Link-Belt’s headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.

Soper started at Link-Belt in 1979 as materials department secretary. She subsequently held manufacturing positions as an inventory control analyst and service parts attainment planner before moving into service parts. Most recently, she was parts purchase negotiator.

“Sally’s extensive, long-term knowledge of Link-Belt makes her the perfect choice to manage the people that support our distributors,” said Brine. “Her skills and leadership will help our distributors provide even better service to Link-Belt customers.”
